0146 (1)(a)(b) The licensor observed a climbing structure on fake turf that is placed over the concrete pavement. Closer to the house there are rubberized tiles that are appropriate for the climbing structure. The Licensor suggested to move all climbing equipment to the tiles otherwise it would need to be removed.
