Door to pantry, which leads to garage was not locked or latched. Door to garage was not locked or latched. In pantry, cleaning supplies were observed on lower shelves accessible to children. In garage spray paint and other cleaning supplies were observed on low shelves accessible to children. The provider said she must have accidentally not locked the door and she locked it on her own before this licensor informed her that I had found it unlocked.
