Observation

During the onsite visit, the licensor observed 3 staff had expired food handlers and 2 staff did not have food handlers permits. During the onsite visit, the licensor observed 3 staff members had not completed basic training. During the onsite visit, the licensor observed 4 staff members safe sleep was expired and 3 staff did not have safe sleep.
