Observation

There are staff that have education exemptions for basic STARS and they do not have documentation that they have completed Medication Training via the DCYF Portal. Medication training should read "verified" once they have completed it in the MERIT system. There were children with diaper ointments with no forms present. Need to ensure that forms are completely filled out and that application of ointments is documented.
