0186 (2) The licensor observed that children with known food allergies did not have completed Individual Care Plans (ICPs) on file, as required. While some ICPs were signed by the parent or guardian, they were incomplete and lacked critical information. Specifically, the ICPs were missing written instructions from the child’s licensed health care provider. 0186(2) The licensor observed that for children with known food allergies, the early learning provider did not ensure that medication training—necessary to properly manage a child’s food allergy—was arranged or conducted by the child’s parent or guardian.
