Observation

0165(2)(c): Licensor observed a pencile sharpener cord hanging down that could form a loop and was accessible to children in the TK classroom. 0165(2)(d): Licensor observed plastic bags in the Preschool B classroom. One was on the floor with dress up clothing in it and one was hanging out of a cubby. Bags were accessible to children. 0165(3)(c): Licensor observed a broken/cracked trash can lid by the handwashing sink in the Pre-K classroom.
