Individual Plan and Medication Authorization for the child file reviewed was not updated. The forms were from 2022. Forms need to be updated yearly. Medications (hand sanitizers) are stored in cabinets and are accessible. Medications and other items are stored in a teacher area but this is also enroute to the restrooms. The space is accessible to children along with staff items because there is no barrier to enable and child from entering. There are medications and other items stored in the area.
