Observation

Window blinds are in the office space and children come in the space to visit at times. Cording from roller shades in room 106 is loose and can form loops. Cording from air purifier, water dispenser and other equipment in room and in office is secure. Ensure that heavy items (play materials/equipment) on shelving units, book shelves in main space and in room 106 are secure. Equipment that is easily moveable and not secure on the floor needs to be stabilized to ensure there is no tipping over and falling. Under Sensory Table and on loft was observed to have some chipping.
