Observation

WAC 110-300-0345(3) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in the preschool 2 room one teacher was helping in the bathroom and another teacher was sitting on the floor with a child and her back to other children not supervising or scanning the room. This licensor also observed in the preschool 2 room a child went into the bathroom unsupervised and was playing with a cup and water and dumped the cup of water onto the floor.This licensor observed the teachers to not know the child was there and the assistant director told the teachers that he was in there and he had dumped the water. WAC 110-300-0345(5)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the doors that connect the rooms do not have door chimes and kids were opening them and going into the other rooms without teachers noticing them.
