Observation

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the wood chips playground surfacing used in both the preschool and toddler play areas did not comply with the applicable CPSC guidelines on 9 inches deep. This licensor observed the wood chips on the preschool playground to be only appriximately 6 inches under two of the slides on the playgym. This licensor also observed on the toddler play area there was only approxmately 5 inches of wood chips under the small toddler slide and approximately 6 inches under the big toddler slide.
