Observation

Staff who do not currently meet requirements with 1st Aid and CPR and the initial 30 hour training was working alone in the toddler classroom. 4 staff are missing 30 hours. Center Director reports they are all in the process. Tiffani's safe sleep is expired. Multiple staff (Rylie, Vaiany, Stephanie and Amanda) missing 30 hours. Center Director reports they are all in the process. Vianey is missing First Aid, CPR and bloodborne pathogens. Samantha is missing CPR and First Aid. Stephanie no 1st Aid/CPR Karen has no CPR. Evelyn is missing TB, she has documentation of going to to the doctor for TB but no results. The center is having a First Aid and CPR class at the center on 7/30/22 for all staff missing first Aid and CPR.
