Observation

Epipen was not labeled with child's first and last name. Generic Benadryl was not labeled with the child's first and last name. First Aid kit in the School-Age room was observed to have sanitzer wipes, tylenol, Burn Cream, Alchol Wipes and BZK Antiseptic Wipes all available to children via the kit hat was in a low built in wall shelf/cubby.
