She did not have safe sleep traning. There was no proof that she has been trained on emergency preparedness plan. 0106(1) Several staff missing Basic training after 3 months of employment. 0106(11) Several staff have expired CPR/1st Aid Trainings. 0106(10) Staff missing BBP training. 0106(12) Staff missing food worker's permits.
