(2)(c) There were multiple cords that were connected to a power strip that were accessible to children in the Bears/Kindergarten classroom. (3)(f) Bookshelves in the Toddler classroom, the Otters/Preschool classroom, and in the Bears/Kindergarten room need to be anchored to the wall to avoid them from falling over. The bookshelf in the Otters/Preschool classroom needs to be fastened because it is loose. The bookshelf in the Bears/Kindergarten room that needs to be anchored has a fish tank on top.
