During the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed cleaning products in an unlocked cabinet, under the kitchen sink, accessible to children and observed plant fertilizer in the outdoor storage area, accessible to children. During the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed cleaning products in a cabinet, under the kitchen sink stored with food items. Durng the onsite inspection visit, the licensor observed the door to the garage was unlocked and observed 2 storage closets unlocked in the hallway, accessible to children.
