Observation

Provider had outlet covers that presented a choking hazard when removed. Provider had blinds capable of forming a loop with cords. Provider had cords hanging from blind presenting choke hazard. Provider did not have stickers/items on sliding glass door at child eye level to prevent child from walking into it. Provider's water temperature was above 120 degrees in habdwashing sink. Provider did not have gate up to prevent access to stairs/unlicensed space. Provider did not have tamper resistant outlets in licensed space. Provider did not have GFCI outlets on 2 outlets near water sources.
