Observation

Provider had outlet covers that caused a choking hazard when removed. Provider did not have stickers or art work at child's eye level to prevent children from walking into glass door. Provider had water temperature at handwashing sink that was over 120 degrees. Provider did not have a gate at the stairs to prevent access. Provider had electrical outlets that were not tamper resistant.
