Observation

0145(1) - Licensor observed multiple outdoor hazards including but not limited to standing water in a large planter pot and metal pieces that stick out of the concrete near the fence on left side of yard (if facing front house), provider is not visually inspecting outdoor area daily prior to outdoor play. 0145(6) - Licensor observed pathway from licensed outdoor backyard play area to front of house that is not gated. Provider needs to secure this area and put a fence or barrier to ensure children do not exit back play area to front of house.
