WAC 110-300-0300(1)(a)- During the monitor onsite visit the provider stated that she has one child enrolled with Down Syndrome. This licensor observed during the onsite visit the registration form in the child's flie that stated a diagnosis of T21 but did not observe an ICP in the child's file.
