WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed items accessible to children that say keep out of reach of children. This licensor observed in the bathroom there was a bottle of febreeze spray on the bathroom countertop. This licensor observed Lysol Urine Remover spray, lysol wipes and febreeze on the kitchen counter closest to the walkway to the childrens bathroom that is accessible to children. This licensor also observed Hydrogen peroxide in a basket on top of a plastic storage unit with children supplies that is accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a laundry room/storage area that was not locked and was accessible to children.
