WAC 110-400-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a cord to a nail drying machine that was on top of the bathroom toilet and was accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(f) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the sliding glass door that leads to the playground from licensed space was missing stickers or art work at children's eye level to prevent then from walking into or through a glass door. WAC 110-300-0165(4)(f) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the stairway to go upstairs to unlicensed space and the stairway to go from the childcare room to the bathroom and other unlicensed areas did not have gates closed to keep stairs inaccessible to infants or toddlers.
