0165(2)(b) The blinds in the play room have inner cords capable of forming a loop. 0165(2)(c) The shredder had a loose cord; the provider moved it out of licensed space during the visit. The television had a loose cord; the provider tucked it up out of reach during the visit. 0165(3)(a) The bushes growing around the base of the tree in the play yard are very sharp. 0165(3)(d) The washer and dryer had safety latches but they were not attached at the time of the visit. 0165(3)(f) The cabinet above the toilet is not attached to the wall and is a falling hazard.
