Observation

At the time of onsite inspection, both provider and Assistant's bloodborne pathogens trainings had not been repeated within the last year. At the time of onsite inspection, provider did not have documentation of completing first aid or CPR trainings for adults and infants. At the time of onsite inspection, provider did not have documentation of current food worker cards for her or Assistant. At the time of onsite inspection, neither provider or Assistant had a current safe sleep training while having an infant enrolled.
