Observation

WAC 110-300-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit there was A&D ointment accessible in the lower white bathroom cabinet and Febreze spray on the upstairs kitchen counter. The provider moved both items at the time of the site visit. WAC 110-300-0260(5): At the time of the site visit the children were playing in unlicensed space outside of the playground area and there is a open covered area that has a lawn mower, rotor tiller, and a couple other large pieces of equipment that were accessible.
