WAC 110-300-0165(3)(a): Licensor observed a pile of wood pieces that have nails exposed in the outdoor licensed space, accessible to children, will need to be removed. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(g): Grill with rusted parts are in the licensed space, will need to be removed or made inaccessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(f): There is no safety gate or barrier in place to keep the stairs leading to unlicensed space inaccessible to children.
