Observation

Documentation of training for the provider and her assistant regarding a specific style of epi pen for one child is not noted on his ICP. The epi pen and allergy medication on site are expired. They were not stored with medication authorization forms. Internal and external medications were stored together. The provider immeidately separated them. They did not have authorization forms for these and they were not labelled with the child's names.
