Observation

Baby wipes labeled "Keep out of reach of children" were observed accessible to children in the bathroom on top of the toilet. Other items marked "keep out of reach of children" were accessible to children in the unlatched cabinet under the bathroom sink. Suncreen labeled "Keep out of reach of children" was observed accessible to children in a drawer in the child care room. A toilet brush was observed accessible to children in the bathroom. These items were all made inaccessible prior to my departure.
