Observation

Puzzle pieces, a block, and a rubber toy less than one and three quarter inches in diameter were present and accessible to infants and toddlers in care today. They were removed immediately. A large rubbermaid container full of items has been placed on top of shelves in the licensed child care room. Feeding chairs, floor type, are stacked on top of one another on a shelf. These would topple and fall if bumped too hard, and in an earthquake.
