Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed storage closets in classrooms (3), kitchen accessible, laundry room accessible, and outdoor shed open and not equipped with lock or child proof locking mechanisms. (2)(a)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed that the maintenance storage room is not equipped with a janitorial sink, or another method to dispose of wastewater. (2)(d)
