Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed small toys that have a diameter or overall dimension of one and three quarter inches or less in the infant room that pose a risk of a chocking hazard. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed plastic bags in a cabinet under the sink in the infant room and in a drawer in the pre-k room that was accessible to children. The bags in the pre-k room was corrected during the visit. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed an entrapment hazard to children of a washer and dryer located in the pre-k bathroom downstairs that was accessible to chilidren.
