Observation

On 5/9/23 at your inspection the front exit door was observed to be locked. Must be kept unlocked or can be changed out to a knob that locks from the outside but opens with a single turn from the inside. On 5/9/23 at your inspection there was not a method to unlock the bathroom door from the outside.
