WAC 110-300-0200(4) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed providers were not washing hands before and after preparing, serving, or eating food. WAC 110-300-0200(5) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor did not observe staff directing, assisting, teaching, or coaching the children to wash their hands before and after eating lunch. This licensor was told by staff and this licensor also observed that the toddlers do not wash their hands and staff wash them with wipes. Dispute Description: The licensor did not observe staff hand washing because the licensor was in the director's office during this time on Friday, 2/21. Today 3/5, when the licensor came, she observed hand washing because she was in the classroom.
