On 5/25/23 at the inspection the licensor noted the self-closing mechanism on the exit gate was broken and no longer self-latching. On 5/25/23 at the inspection it was noted screen door leaning against home in licensed space is a fall hazard, heavy cement downspout water diverter leaning against home in outdoor play space can fall and injure a child. 1ft piece a broken wood with sharp edges is a hazard to children. You must do daily inspections of your outdoor play space to ensure it is free of hazards.
