Observation

WAC 110-300-0145(4): Licensor observered the outdoor licensed space. Activities to promote physical movement are not in the outdoor space readily available to children. WAC 110-300-0145(11): Exit gate that leads to unlicensed space has a self-latching mechanism but not self-closing. Licensor observed provider open the gate and let go. Gate needs to be pushed manually to trigger the latch to close completely.
