During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed Clorox wipes in the bathroom. Provider removed wipes and stored them in the bathroom cabinet (1)(a) During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed cabinets in the bathroom that were not locked and accessible to children. In the food preprepation area, cabinets are not locked. (2)(a)(b) During the inspection, Licensor Serena Harris observed a plunger that was near the toilet that is accessible to children. (5)
