WAC 110-300-0165(2)(a) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the preschool and toddler rooms combined together upstairs in the preschool room that had equpment, materials, objects, and toys that pose a risk of chocking, aspiration, or ingestions to toddlers. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords and wires that were accessible to children in the toddler room. WAC 110-300-0165(2)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed plastic bags in the preschool room drawer under the sink that were accessible to children. This licensor also observed plastic bags in the toddler room that were accessible to children. WAC 110-300-0165(3)(d) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed a washer and dryer in the toddler room that is accessible to chiidren and is an entrapment hazard.
