Observation

0106(11) the Licensor observed that the provider was missing First Aid /CPR in MERIT. When onsite the Provider told Licensor that her CRP was expired and she is obtaining it next month. The licensor was not presented the expired CPR/ FA certificate. 0106(12) The Licensor observed that the provider was missing Food Handlers in MERIT. While onsite, the provider told Licensor that her understanding was that if parents provide food she did not need it. She did agree that she was serving the food provided by parents and supplementing it with snack. The Provider will take the course and send Licensor the updated Food handlers permit.
