0170(3)(a) there was propane tanks on the BBQ in the licensed outdoor area that were accessible to children. 0170(3)(d)(iii) there were lighters outside on the BBQ accessible to children. 0170(3)(i) The fire extinguisher is not being maintained due to the last inspection has been over a year and expired on 7/2022.
