110-300-0165(3)(d) - Licensor observed the washer and dryer located in the bathroom was not locked and accessible to children causing entrapment danger. 110-300-0165(5)(a) - Licensor observed that all the outlets in the licensed care space are not tamper resistant. 110-300-0165(5)(b) - Licensor observed the outlet near the kitchen sink is not tamper resistant and equipped with a GFCI outlet.
