Observation

During site visit, licensor observed: Center has two backpacks for grab and go first-aid kits. Both back packs are stored directly on the floor in area accessible to children. Both kits were not stored in place to prevent cross contamination. One kit did not have bandanges/gauge stored in a manner to prevent contamination.
