110-300-0165(3)(f) At the time of the visit all cubbies weren ot latched on to the wall and they could easily tip over. 110-300-0165(2)(d) at the time of the visit there were plastic zip loc bags in children personal belongings, plastic bags were removed by provider at the time of the visit.
