0165 (2)(a) Licensor observed the use of push pins for posting materials, which could pose a choking hazard if they were to fall onto the floor and become accessible to children. 0165 (3) (d) Licensor observed that the deep cabinets located in the bathroom were not secured. This presents a potential entrapment hazard and may pose a safety risk, particularly to children or vulnerable individuals.
