Observation

Written permission from parents is not on file for provider to sleep when children are sleeping. Alerts are not available to sound if a child tries to leave a room where they are sleeping. An audio monitor system is available, but not visual at this time. Provider does have a visual monitoring system that she will reinstall. Currently 1 child attends overnight care 1 day a week.
