Observation

While completing the inspection Licensor Isis-Smith observed plastic bags on potty pads and diapers on the floor near the washer and dryer, these will have to either move to another space of they will need to be placed in a different type of container. While completing the inspection Licensor Isis Smith noticed that the outlets were not tamper resistant, they will need to be replaced or covered with a DCYF acceptable outlet cover. When completing the inspection Licensor Isis-Smith noticed that the light bulbs were not shatter resistant plastic bulbs.
