2) Off-site activity policy is in need of additional detail regarding what to bring on an off-site activity, including: a) information regarding children's health history, medication, emergency information, and emergency medical authorization forms b) a phone to call for emergency help c) a complete first aid kit and to add the following policies/procedures: d) maintaining staff-child ratio and active supervision of children at all times during an off-site trip e) having at least one staff present to supervise who has current CPR/First aid certification f) taking attendance using a roll call or other method that assures all children are accounted for each time children begin and end travel to an off-site activity
