Observation

Licensor observed plastic bags or items and plastic around items in new and current licensed classrooms. Licensor observed trip hazard near the playground 1 sand box to the right on right side has a open space around sand box, that can be a trip hazard. Licensor observed water building up around covered sand box areas on playground 1 & 2.
