Observation

The metal teeter totter is missing a piece that makes it unsafe for children to play on. There's also no ground cover underneath this structure. There isn't enough ground cover material underneath the blue and yellow climber. Nine inches of material is needed. The blue and white kitchen and an orange picnic table have areas that are broken where little fingers could get cut or trapped.
