Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the emergency exit door in the toddler/preschool age classroom locked with a hook lock, and the hallway emergency exit door leading the unlicensed exterior of the building locked with a hook lock. (3)(a) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed a table partially blocking the emergency exit door in the toddler/preschool age classroom, and a dramatically play kitchen set partially blocking the emergency exit door in the preschool classroom.
