Observation

Blinds are located by the front entry door into the program. There is inner cords and cording on the side for manuevering them was tied in a loop. Cording for the television was loose. White shelving and black shelving in the child care area housing play items has chipping paint. Water in the restroom was at 124.3 degrees.
