Observation

Children's playroom and the outdoors play area many extention cords are accessible to child care children. Outdoor play area; there are protruding nails and bolts; broken/cracked equipment and some equipment and toys are in poor condition; such as, broken toys and broken chairs, Children's playroom has cubbies and TV are not secured and may pose a falling hazard to child care children. Washer and dryer do not have any mechanisim to prevent child care children access. Water temperature is at 125 degrees. Throughout the home there are various extension cords that are being used to replace direct wiring.
